I need some help. The belt sheave on my DC Motor won't budge anymore.?

I took out the key ok, and tapped the metal sheave to loosen it up and remove it, but it only moved an eighth of an inch at the most, and now it won't budge. I've been using Liquid Wrench to attempt to loosen it up, but it hasn't worked. I'm afraid
Use heat and a gear puller. When reinstalling it put some never seize on it so next time it slides right off.
