I just found a local 1991 Mitsubishi Galant Vr4 turbocharged 2.0l engine with an all wheel drive drivetrain that's now running 420whp. Now, the car costs 3800$ which I find pretty cheap for a car that fast. And the mileage is 120 000km. Almost no rust.
