i have been toying with the idea of generating my own power at home, and then rather than directly using it, or storing it in lead/acid cells, then to sell it back to the grid.
so i thought what about a stationary steam engine driving the

these usually use natural gas to get the efficiencey, reduce logistical overhad and reduce the pollution.
