boat engine cover plate

I need to decipher my ford Engine ID sticker from the valve covers, can anyone help?

EK350AB calibration 4-54L-R10
It is a 1984 Ford P/U so todays dealerships retarded mechanics who dont know squat cant help.
Sorry also it is a "straight from a salvage yard" truck so the VIN says it is a 302 but the crossmember that

The EK number is the pollution control stuff, like the airpump EGR valve and such, the calibration code is simply the way the pollution control system electronics are set up. The info on the radiator support bracket is the same for a 5.0/5.8 litre
