Will the trans from a 1988 civic dx bolt up to the jdm d15b engine?

I have a 1988 honda civic dx hb 5-spd trans, the d15b2 engine it has is shot and i want to replace it with its jdm counterpart d15b, will the trans hook right up?

Yes it will.
All D-series transmissions fit all D-series motors.
