Where is the oil fill on a Massey Ferguson Tractor w/ Perkins diesel engine?

Found the oil check dip stick, is this where i have to fill it?

If the dip stick tube is bigger than say a half dollar then that is more than likely the filler tube.Double check the valve cover along the top for a cap or plug,just to be sure.
