It has had a thermostat change last year, a flush lst year and the year b4,
Mechanic after mechanic
disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core, attatch a straight hose to one of the core fittings, run water through heater core.
this is a very common problem on Tauruses.
seems to fix everyone I've had problems with.....
