How do I get fire engine red hair without the dye running?

I want to dye my hair fire engine red. I know I have to bleach it first and everything. What I want to know is what brand is least likely to run? Is there some sort of product I have to put in my hair afterwards to keep it from running? Should I go to

Go to a salon that uses L'Oreal colour, they have a line called Majirouge. It is fire-engine red, and it is for dark hair without having to bleach it. I have had this colour in my hair many times, and it is fabulous!
