volvo 740 radiator - how to rebuild corolla engine

Radiator blew on my 92 volvo 740-fluid level was fine earlier.It blew out a big chunk of plastic on the R side?

So now I can see into the radiator and the fins look ok.It still starts and I checked the oil and it looked normal. Should I put another radiator in or is there some other underlying cause that needs attention? Is it a big job,and do I have to take out

you just had a week spot in your radiator and it was a matter of time put a new one in and you will be fine
