have done in cradle rebuild on my motor, replaced rear main seal, new oil pump, new oil pan, ( five different rubberized fel-pro oil pan gaskets) replaced seal in oil filter adapter, new timing chain and gears, water pump, new thermostat housing and thermostat,
First off, why did you replace the oil pan? It would be the first culprit I would check out , the felpro gasket ( I assume you are getting the proper one , # OS34308R ) is not going to be the problem.
