Can I use VW Jetta parts on my VW Passat?

Both of the cars are 1995 model year and they have the same size engine. I'm not sure if the Jetta has a manual or automatic transmission but the Passat is Manual.

The parts I need are the struts, Strut mounts, an arm for the passenger

certain parts like windshield wiper arms, front turn signal, headlights and maybe heater switch and speakers you may but door apparels could be tough
