land rover free lander, where to buy a harmonic balancer pulley?

i have a 2002 land rover freelander, there's a part i have been looking for, "A Harmonic Balancer Puller" is what the mechanic told me. where can i find one? and if you know, how much?
we went to the land rover dealership, and they had
are you looking for a PULLER or a PULLEY? the puller is for removing the harmonic balancer and a brand damn new one high test high quality jesus christ what a puller!!! would only be about 100 bucks and it is used for numerous things besides pulling
