Where can I buy the old 4 pin starter switch for fluorescent tube fittings ?

I cannot track down any of the old larger 4 pin starter switches for fluorescent tube fittings. I shall probably have to get a complete new fitting . But if you know of anywhere that has some switches please let me know. Thanks
I think you will be out of luck these where used at the very begining of fluorescent light technology I havent seen one in 20 years.
Wouldnt be too hard to covert it to 2 pin but the fitting must be 30 years+ may be time for a new fitting
