1995 Chevy pickup Engine replacement....No have no power inside of truck...why?

I changed the motor and I have power to the starter, and anti-lock brake unit but nothing at the fuse box or the ignition...no headlights...no power in the truck...What did I do wrong?
You only have one ground wire from the harness to the block. That's the one for the starter and lights. It goes to the back of the engine block on the passenger side. The ones for the ECM is on the intake manifold. There are 3 blacks and 2 orange
